‘Textile reinforcement makes ecological concrete possible’

Will you participate?

SIM has a new ICON project proposal ‘TECOTON (Textile reinforcement makes ecological concrete possible)’.

To make the building elements even more durable, it will also be investigated whether they can be made with alkali activated cement instead of Portland cement. For this purpose concrete will be developed that has sufficient flow but also a number of other positive properties such as shrink resistance and fire resistance.
