Membership of SIM provides to organisations the possibility to enhance their involvement in SIM and, for working members, to influence the long term strategy of SIM. Remark that membership is not required to participate in SIM programs and projects.

 There are different types of membership possible for new members:

• Working member as an industrial company (large companies and SME's)
• Associated member for any type of organisations joining

The cost of membership is yearly 2.000 Euro for working member large companies, 500 Euro for SME working members and all associated members.

Organisations interested in membership should direct their motivated request to the Board of SIM, clarifying their added value for SIM and its goals. The Board decides about the membership and it's type.
